ARTWORKS > FIGURATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY

The use of photography with painting has always been an aspect of my creative process. Originally my major was in photography so using it as a tool has not only aided in the constructing of paintings and ideas but it has also, not knowingly, built years of work in the form of thousands of photographs.
The photos I've taken do not necessarily ever become or find their way into a work. I use the photo process to light a spark and capture thoughts. When I do find an idea it usually is the culmination of several photos as not to "copy" one particular piece.
None of my photography has every been exhibited or published before here.
